Watch five talented chefs go head-to-head as they transform wild-caught Maryland blue catfish into incredible dishes in the inaugural Battle of the Bay: Wild-Caught Blue Catfish Cook-Off.
Each chef will create an original recipe highlighting this delicious, sustainable fish, and you get to be part of the action.
Sample each dish, cast your vote for your favorite, and help crown the People’s Choice Champion.

Why Blue Catfish?
Blue catfish are an invasive species in the Chesapeake Bay watershed. While they’re excellent to eat, they can negatively impact native fish and blue crab populations.
By enjoying wild-caught blue catfish, you’re helping support local commercial watermen while encouraging the harvest of an invasive species that threatens the Bay’s ecosystem.
