THE BALTIMORE COUNTY FARMERS MARKET BLOOMS AGAIN FOR ITS 15TH YEAR!
Maryland farmers and producers have come together again to offer the community high-quality local in-season fruit and vegetables, flowers, baked goods and more. The Baltimore County Farmers Market, conveniently located with free parking at the Maryland State Fairgrounds Main Gate, north side of the digital sign, will take place every Wednesday, June – October, 10 AM – 1 PM.
The Baltimore County Farmers Market at the Maryland State Fairgrounds is authorized to accept Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP), WIC Fruit & Vegetable, and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Stamps.
“Our market offers high-quality, fresh from the farm produce, flowers, and more,” said Baltimore County Farmers Market Manager Bill Langlotz. “A variety of fresh in-season fruit and vegetables starting with strawberries, asparagus, spinach, lettuce, spring onions and more will be available each week. Other local items will also be featured. It makes me hungry just to talk about it” added Langlotz.
Make sure not to miss the many traditional and unusual amateur & professional farm and garden exhibits at the Maryland State Fair: August 21st – August 24th, August 28th – September 1st, September 4th – 7th
